It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this important event. On this occasion, we gather with the purpose of strengthening the ties in our scientific and technological community, with the vision of promoting entrepreneurship and innovative ideas that benefit our region.
In this context, it is fundamental to ensure a formative research strategy within our curricular work, where both teachers and students can actively participate in the creation and development of research groups. These groups, guided by research professors, represent vital spaces where interdisciplinarity is fostered and a scientific and research culture is promoted that is indispensable for our education.
We understand that regional education faces significant challenges, and that is why at ESI AMLAT 2024 we will share ideas as a contribution to moving towards the Knowledge Society. We recognize that this transformation will only be possible with the collaboration and commitment of all those involved, especially those who work tirelessly for the future of our region.

About MILSET
The International Movement for Leisure Activities in Science and Technology (MILSET – Mouvement International pour le Loisir Scientifique Et Technique) is a non-governmental, nonprofit and politically independent youth organization, whose objective is to develop scientific culture among young people through the organization of science and technology programs, including science fairs, science camps, conferences and other high-quality activities. Thanks to MILSET, tens of thousands of young people have already met to exchange and enhance their creations, debate with researchers, youth and industrial leaders. They have developed projects together, they have discovered foreign languages and cultures and they have trained to acquire new technologies.

About MILSET ESI AMLAT 2024
MILSET International Science Expo is an annual non-competitive event that aims to promote science, technology and innovation among young scientists, educators and professionals from various disciplines throughout Latin America and the world.
During the event, innovative projects will be presented, knowledge will be shared and scientific collaboration between participants will be promoted. This year’s edition will take place in Lima, Peru, and will feature the participation of delegations from various countries in the region, thus consolidating its position as one of the main youth scientific meetings in Latin America.
CIENTEC 2025
CIENTEC 2025 is an event of international relevance that seeks to create a space for meeting and reflection on the current challenges of scientific research in Latin America. The fair is positioned as a fundamental pillar in the knowledge society, promoting the development of Open Science and shared knowledge as essential tools for progress.
Under the slogan “Celebrating the Year of Quantum Science and Technology”, this year we focus on exploring and debating the innovations and applications of quantum science, as well as its impact on various areas of knowledge and technology. This event represents a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, establish international collaborations, and advance the understanding of a field that promises to revolutionize our world.

Registration
The registration cost includes: Airport-hotel-airport transfers, hotel accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), participant kit (backpack, t-shirt, pen, participant guide, certificate). Accommodation includes 5 nights; arriving on November 25 after noon at the hotel and leaving on November 30, before noon from the hotel. Registration will begin on May 3 and will have a deadline of October 14, 2024.

Note: Participants are fully responsible for obtaining their visa on time and providing all the necessary documents to obtain it. The organizers will not be responsible if a participant does not receive his/her visa in time to travel.
